Sometimes you just want a basic website with no need for any sort of dynamic functionality. With a static HTML website the only way to alter the content is by editing the HTML markup. This is a good option if you’re just looking to get a website setup quickly or would like someone else to setup the dynamic code (PHP, Python, ASP, etc).
